We do not currently have storage information available for our products. Generally, storing food in the refrigerator will extend shelf life versus keeping it in your pantry. Further, freezing items, such as our dried fruit, will extend that even further!
There is a fantastic website called, Still Tasty. This site provides food storage information sourced from various U.S. government agencies, such as the USDA, state government agencies, as well as food and beverage companies. They have compiled an extensive list of food and beverages where you can search up the best way to safely store your items.
USPS does not guarantee a delivery time frame. U.S. shipments typically take 2-4 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.
Yes! All of Ha's Apple Farm's produce is organic. We have an official organic certification by QAI for our apples as a quality assurance to our customers. This is publicly available to view here, QAI Organic Product Certification Listing, where Ha's Apple Farm is officially listed as a producer and handler of 100% organic apples.
A majority of our business is currently conducted at Farmers Markets in the Southern California region, where nutrition labels are not required. We recognize and appreciate the need to provide nutritional information on our products. We are currently exploring new and exciting avenues for Ha's Apple Farm, including adding nutritional labels to our packaging, so stay tuned!
We are a small, family-owned business, so we can certainly appreciate wanting a price break! However, our price is as is! We typically sell through our products, and for this reason, we rarely offer discounts.
Historically, our fruit and eggs are sold solely via Farmers Markets. Shipping directly to customers is something that we're currently looking into, however it is a service that we do not offer. There are several factors to consider that contribute to maintaining the quality of the fruit and eggs during transit. Additionally, we don't currently have large supplies of our eggs to offer customers outside of the Farmers Market arena.

We don’t currently have recipes for our products, however if you have some you’d like to share with us, we’d love to hear about them!
We carefully wash, core and slice our fruit by hand, and simply lay them out on trays in a tray rack. The trays are then stacked in our drying room, which is essentially just a small greenhouse adjacent to the kitchen. We then let the California sun do it's work! Our dried fruit is then immediately freeze dried and stored from its fresh state. We do not add sulfur to our fruit drying processes. We are a small, family-run business and as such, our operation does not support an expensive drying system that uses sulfur dioxide, or other gases.
Our shipping costs are intended to cover order processing, packaging and handling, and delivering the items to you. We typically ship items via USPS Priority Mail. We do not currently offer Express or Overnight shipping, or have the ability to ship internationally. Shipping rates are based on current USPS rates, and vary depending on the products ordered and the shipping address. To determine your specific shipping cost, simply add the items to your cart, input your address, and calculate the shipping rate.
Processing time on in-stock products typically ship within 2-3 business days. We are a small, family owned and operated business, but we will do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display online.
We will ship orders to the address provided during the checkout process. We do not have the ability to change your shipping address once the package has shipped. Once the orders are received by the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined. We will be happy to walk you through this process!
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable, or refused shipments.
We have a no exchange/return policy, and all sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product, or damaged item, please contact us with your name, order number, and the nature of the issue. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more, or offer an alternative.
